There are Romanians building companies, leading teams, entering new markets, investing, and figuring things out all over the world. This Circle helps us turn thousands of separate business journeys into a network we can all reach into.
We're thinking much further than the next few years. By 2050, the ambition is for Romania to move from around 75th globally to the top 25 across seven measures of global relevance. We've broken that journey into three stages, and right now, we're at the beginning of the one that matters most for this Circle, and that's bringing the network together.

1. The Structured Network
The human layer of everything we are building. Chapters, ambassadors, and partner organizations create a real presence city by city, so the global network never feels too far away.

Ambassadors helping people connect wherever a chapter has not reached yet
300+ cities already connected
2. The Digital Nation
The Romanian diaspora is global, but much of it is still hard to map, understand, and reach. This layer brings people, businesses, expertise, events, and information into one connected system.

You don't need a certain title, company size, or number of years behind you. What matters more is how you show up and what you want to build with others.
01
You may have left young or much later, speak the language fluently or barely at all. Either way, you never really left Romania behind.
02
The next win is not enough on its own. You care about what your work creates for others and what is still there after you move on.
03
You do not settle for good enough when better is possible. If something is worth building, it should be built to a world-class standard.
04
Capital, expertise, or connections matter, but the person behind them matters even more. Come ready to put at least one of those three to work.
In progress
We've already had our first online Business Circle gathering, and we want to keep that rhythm going once a month.
This part of the community is still taking shape. Youth remains our biggest focus for now, but we're starting to create a regular space for business people across the network to meet, swap experience, and see what starts from there.
No. There's no ask at the end of this. We're putting the idea in front of you because we think it's worth knowing about. Where you take it from there is up to you.
If you were sent this link, someone in the network thought otherwise. The four traits above are the real filter, and none of them have anything to do with your title.
Absolutely. This is meant to be a global network, and Europe is a huge part of it. More than 90% of Romanian emigrants live there, so the way we build and gather has to reflect that.
Attending a session commits you to nothing. Becoming part of the Business Network itself does require GlobalRomania membership — it's a professional circle inside the community, and that shared trust is what makes it work. If you decide you want in, we'll walk you through joining.
That's completely fine. Capital is only one way to contribute. Expertise and connections often move things much faster, and sometimes one good introduction is worth more than money.
